Introduction
EdgeVis Client is our end-user application that allows anyone with an iOS, Android or Windows device to access the realtime video and alarms from an EdgeVis encoder. It is free of charge.
EV Client is not a VMS replacement, but it can be used as a simple viewing platform, alarm notification system, and to configure device settings such as video analytics and video streaming bandwidths.
As some of our VMS integrations and VMS Gateway do not support some of the advanced configuration or features, most of our users will normally use EV Client at least as a companion app.
