 You can download the required Tech Preview versions for each of the above by clicking the links provided

Connect the 9.3 EdgeVis Encoder to the V9.3 EdgeVis Server as you would any other encoder.

Make sure any cameras you wish to test on are now configured via the Encoder user interface.

Navigate to the output quality settings for the encoder in the EdgeVis Server interface, using the "Manage streaming output quality" link, shown below: ​

Once within the configuration screen, make sure that the "Video Codec" option is switched to "Enhanced" mode, shown below: ​

- Connect the 9.3 EdgeVis Encoder to the V9.3 EdgeVis Server as you would any other encoder.
- Make sure any cameras you wish to test on are now configured via the Encoder user interface.
- Navigate to the output quality settings for the encoder in the EdgeVis Server interface, using the "Manage streaming output quality" link, shown below: ​

- Once within the configuration screen, make sure that the "Video Codec" option is switched to "Enhanced" mode, shown below: ​

Once you have enabled Enhanced mode, you will now be able to view this in the 9.3 EdgeVis Client (Windows). Currently, VMSG does not support this new codec.

Tip: To be able to compare the differences between Standard and Enhanced, why don't you set up multiple output streams to be able to switch between them?
