Why should you test this preview?
If you are using some of the other trials, you should use this version of EdgeVis Server to access all of the features of each feature preview:
What do I need to test this software?
You should use a clean machine/VM to install this software. The system requirements/installation instructions are identical to the standard release instructions - please follow these, using the instructions below.
Do not upgrade an existing v9.1/v9.2 server - this should be disposed of after the tech preview ends.
Alternatively, we can provide you with access to a cloud-hosted EdgeVis Server v9.3.
EdgeVis One-In-One-Out licences
We recommend testing with One-In-One-Out v9 licences to allow use of different output streams (for testing different video codecs or analytics).
If you've got spare One-In-One-Out v9 licences, you can use those. Once you've finished testing, you can free those up as you would normally.
Alternatively, a limited number of trial licences can be made available for a short period. You'll need to connect your server to our CLS account.
If you're using our cloud hosted EdgeVis Server, we'll take care of your licences.

Tech Preview warning!
This version has not been tested to the level of a beta or full product release. It has bugs and may crash!
Do not use this in a production environment.
It is marked as version v9.3.90 - you will have to uninstall it to go back to v9.2, and you won't be able to upgrade this version to the final v9.3 release either!
