Lost or stolen enquiries should be directed to our Operations team to investigate further, please email operations-dbglasgow@digitalbarriers.com with the subject title ‘Lost Enquiry’ and provide the following information:
Name of Customer (Legal Entity Name)
Description of device or accessory lost
Quantity of devices or accessories lost
Circumstances around the lost devices, accessories, or order
Sales Order Reference or Purchase Order Number for device or accessory
When was the device or accessory purchased?
Upon receipt of your lost enquiry, our Operations team will be able to advise you of your options to obtain a replacement encoder, other device or accessory.
Please aim to provide as much information as possible at the point of enquiry to help us expedite the enquiry processing time.
