What if my encoder is NFF (No Fault Found), what happens next?
What if my encoder is NFF (No Fault Found), what happens next?

If the device has been checked and no fault has been found, what is next.

Updated over a week ago

When an encoder is returned for repair, the Digital Barriers Support team will complete some functional checks, and the encoder is determined as No Fault Found (NFF):

  • If the encoder is under warranty no charge will apply and the encoder will be returned to the customer by Digital Barriers.

  • If the encoder is out of warranty the customer will be charged a No Fault Found fee of £40.00 plus shipping before the unit can be returned to the customer.
