What is my return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number?

We use the RMA number to track your return.

Upon creating a ticket within the EdgeVis support centre a ticket number is assigned, this will also be your unique RMA number. This will be confirmed via E-Mail to the address you provided when creating your support account.

How do I find out the status of my RMA?

To enable you to track the progress of your RMA, we will proactively update you directly to your contact e-mail address and in the live chat within this help centre. Alternatively, if you wish to find out more, you can contact us.
