How long will it take to repair my encoder?

A guide to the time taken to return a device after repair

Updated over a week ago

Digital Barriers' goal is for it to take a maximum of 10 working days to confirm if the unit is repairable, this timeline starts when the encoder is received for further investigation.

If the unit is repairable, we aim to repair and return the encoder within a further 10 working days, it is possible for this to take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or delays, if there is a delay we will ensure you are kept up-to-date at all times.
