To acquire a demo licence please submit a request to licences@digitalbarriers.com and provide the following information:
Full customer name
Confirm either type of licence required or confirm the type of encoder.
The period the licence is required for.
Our Operations team will then review your request, and should they have, any queries will contact you directly to resolve them. Please note all demo licence requests are not tied to a specific server so this licence key can be used on different servers/devices. Should you wish for the demo licences to be tied to a specific server you would need to create a licence request file from the server to produce the hardware signature, please follow the steps under EdgeVis perpetual section in this article using Demo-Date for the DB sales order reference in the request file.
Demo licences do expire, you can request an extension by emailing licences@digitalbarriers.com, please provide your estate name or DB sales order reference at the time of request in order for the Operations team to process your order in a timely manner.
Digital Barriers aim to action all licence requests within 24-48 hours.
