I think I have missing EdgeVis licences, what do I do?

Please contact the Operations team via the licence inbox: licences@digitalbarriers.com, please aim to provide the following information at the time of request for us to resolve your query as soon as possible:

  • Sales Order Reference

  • Type of licences that you believe are missing.

  • Qty. of Licences – per licence type if more than one applies.

The Operations team will then review and advise if licences are missing; if we believe they are not we will be in contact to discuss and walk through how we came to that conclusion. If we identify licences are missing the Operations team will be in contact to confirm where you want the licences applied to and once these are added to your existing or new estate a licence key will be provided which will include the missing licences.
