My EdgeVis license key is not working

If the licence key is not working, there are no real troubleshooting steps a customer can take, if it doesn’t work then there’s usually a problem with the licence itself. Please send an email to licences@digitalbarriers.com and attached a copy of the key that is not working.

One of our Operations coordinators will check the key and provide you with a revised or new one to test, if the issues persist it would be best to contact us.
