Licences can only be updated, not removed. Should you wish to decrease the licence count then please need to submit a request to operations who will issue a new licence with the reduced numbers. Please submit your request to licences@digitalbarriers.com, and provide the following information:
Sales order reference or estate name
Type and quantity of licences to be removed
