Software maintenance provides you with access to our support team, support site, and access to the latest versions of our firmware ensuring you get the best experience when using your encoders.
The Digital Barriers Operations team monitors software maintenance expiry by following the EdgeVis Renewals Process which works as follows:
Step 1: We monitor all estates due to expire within the next 60 days, an opportunity is then created, and a quotation is issued based on the size of the estate at the time of renewal.
Step 2: The quotation is issued in advance of the estate expiring allowing the customer enough time to decide if they would like to renew their software maintenance.
Step 3: Customer provides a purchase order and submits it to sales-dbglasgow@digitalbarriers.com
Step 4: Digital Barriers Operations team will then process the order
Step 5: Your estate will be updated to include the additional software maintenance period purchased
Step 6: A revised licence key will be provided to the customer.
If your estate expires with regards to software maintenance, you can request a renewal at any time by contacting the Operations team via the sales-dbglasgow@digitalbarriers.com or by liaising directly with your Account Manager.
