My EdgeVis Server account is blocked

After a certain number of failed login attempts, the account is blocked. What steps to undertake to have it re-activated!

My accounts seems to be blocked after too many false log in attempts (first screenshot), has been disabled by an administrator (second screenshot), or has timed out after a longer inactivity period (third screenshot)

Step(s)

  1. Users will need to contact another user email@customer.com with server administrator permissions who will be able to unblock their password on their behalf.

  2. Then the user can reset his/her password by clicking the ‘forgotten your password?’ link on the EdgeVis web management portal login page. The user will receive a mail to reset the password.
