Problem 1:
I don’t remember my password or my account seems to be blocked
Solution:
If email-based account management has been enabled on the EdgeVis Server and the user sees this login screen
Then the user can reset his/her password by clicking the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link on the EdgeVis web management portal login page. The user will receive a mail to reset the password.
If email-based account management has not been enabled on the EdgeVis Server, users will need to contact another user email@customer.com with server administrator permissions who will be able to reset their password on their behalf.
