If you cannot remember your password or if your account seems to be blocked:
If email-based account management has been enabled on the EdgeVis Server and the user sees this login screen
Then the user can reset his/her password by clicking the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link on the EdgeVis web management portal login page. The user will receive a mail to reset the password.
If email-based account management has not been enabled on the EdgeVis Server, users will need to contact another user with server administrator permissions who will be able to reset their password on their behalf.
