How to
Log in to your server using the 9.3 EdgeVis Client for Windows.
On the Home tab that is open by default after login, click the "View more" hyperlink that is available in the Suggested layouts panel on the right of the tab.
Within the Suggested Layouts tab that has now been opened, navigate to the Custom section and click the "+" icon that indicates adding a new custom layout:
The new layout creator modal will now open:
Complete the required fields at the top; once those have been populated, you can then start to customise your layout. Some options you can do include:
You can click the lines between two grid entries to combine them to create larger panels to show more of a specified output stream.
You can click the middle of a panel to change a panel's purpose, switching it from video playback to showing a map or a notifications view.
