How do I create a new support account?

Who can have an account?

To have an account you need to be an existing customer. When requesting to get an account created, you will need to provide details of someone within Digital Barriers who can confirm your identity.

How long will it take to approve my support account?

We aim to create accounts within 24 hours of a request being made. If there are any problems we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. You can keep an eye on the progress of your request within the chat window.

How to get started creating my account?

Simply click the pink bubble icon at the bottom right of the page followed by 'Send us a message' to start the account creation process.
