As part of the new Version 9 licensing improvements, the expiry of your pool is now automated.
How will I know when I'm expiring?
You will be notified in a variety of ways:
You will be proactively contacted by your sales representative as the date approaches.
You can manually check the date of each licence by visiting your licence estate in CLS, and selecting See detailed licences from the estate dashboard. This will list all licence expiry dates (and highlight any expired licences in red).
Once your pool expires, there will be a short grace period. During this grace period we will display the fact your are in this grace period in a variety of locations across our ecosystem.
