When do my licences expire?

Understand when you will need to take action by.

As part of the new Version 9 licensing improvements, the expiry of your pool is now automated.

How will I know when I'm expiring?

You will be notified in a variety of ways:

  • You will be proactively contacted by your sales representative as the date approaches.

  • You can manually check the date by visiting your licence pool, with the date being prominently shown.

  • Once your pool expires, there will be a short grace period. During this grace period we will display the fact your are in this grace period in a variety of locations across our ecosystem.

What do I need to do?

If you wish to keep using these licences, you need to contact us.

This process can be started by:

  • Using the chat functionality on this page.

  • Emailing us at support@edgevis.com.

  • Speaking to your sales representative.
